Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2–3 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be made by contacting our Customer Service team using the contact details provided below.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
If an order has already been dispatched, the customer may be required to follow the applicable return or refund process instead of cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 2–3 days of receiving the order.
Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and its packaging to help us assess the issue.
After reviewing the complaint, GRANGE ESTATE (GRANGE COFFEE) will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund, subject to the nature of the issue and product availability.
Claims may not be accepted if the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
Product Mismatch or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is different from the product ordered or materially different from the description displayed on our website, please contact our Customer Service team within 2–3 days of receiving the order.
After reviewing the complaint and relevant evidence, GRANGE ESTATE (GRANGE COFFEE) will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for orders or products that are eligible for a refund under this policy.
Once a refund is approved by GRANGE ESTATE (GRANGE COFFEE), the refund will generally be processed within 3–4 business days.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account or original payment method may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements may not be provided for:
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or misuse.
Products that have been altered, modified, or used improperly.
Claims reported after the applicable reporting period, except where required under applicable law.
Situations where the issue is caused by circumstances unrelated to the product supplied by GRANGE ESTATE (GRANGE COFFEE).
