HOW WE PREPARE
Our coffee begins its journey in the lush hills of Yercaud, where the combination of altitude, climate, rainfall, and fertile soil creates the perfect environment for growing premium Arabica coffee. The coffee plants are carefully nurtured throughout their growth cycle to ensure healthy, high-quality cherries.
Once the cherries reach the right stage of ripeness, they are carefully harvested and processed to preserve their natural qualities. The beans are then prepared, roasted, ground or kept whole according to the product, and packed with care to help retain freshness, aroma, and flavour.
